Cruxxmusic is a website for news, reviews, popular music and culture. Music is the backbone of every major moment in history, so it will be the focus everything we do.

Alex Haydon

Alex Haydon is a Journalism student at the University of Lincoln. He describes the music he listens to as “anything and everything” and blames his parents for immersing him from a young age. Believing that good music should be heard by as many people as possible, he aims to share what he can with you.

Alex Rusted

Alex Rusted is a freelance music journalist attending the University of Lincoln. He plays guitar and sings in indie/alternative rock band Native Braves. He has an eclectic music taste, anything from indie music to hip hop to 80’s power ballads will do just fine in Alex’s book.

Owen Gough

Owen Gough is a Journalism student with a long history of music. Learning guitar and piano from a young age and dabbling in the violin. Raised on music from a young age, (aspired to be Michael Jackson at one point) he feels his music taste rests firmly in the fast paced genres of music.

Aasmund Loevdal

Aasmund was born and raised in Norway, before coming to Lincoln to do his Journalism degree. His keen interest in history and politics reflects in his writing. He likes rock and punck music, and it rather be a few years old.
